Before you book.
How does payment work?
All sessions are paid at the time of booking via secure card payment (Stripe). You'll receive a confirmation email with the Google Meet link the moment the booking is confirmed.
Where do we meet?
Every consultation is on Google Meet. The link is auto-generated and lives in the confirmation email and the calendar invite that hits both inboxes.
What if I need to reschedule?
Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before the session. Inside 24 hours, the session fee is non-refundable but can be rescheduled once at no charge. Cancellations inside 24 hours forfeit the session.
Do you sign NDAs?
For Deep Dive and Executive Sessions, yes — send the NDA when you book and we'll sign before the call. Strategy Calls and Office Hours are conducted under standard confidentiality (we don't share what was discussed) without a formal NDA.
I'm a Berklee student or emerging artist — can you do reduced rate?
For students enrolled at Berklee or accepted to the Industry Development Ensemble, Office Hours is the right tier and we consider pay-what-you-can on a case-by-case basis.

What about international clients?
Booking is open globally. Time zones are handled automatically by Cal.com. Payment is in USD; your bank may apply a foreign-transaction fee.
